In Israel, many voters see a postwar future without ‘Bibi’ Netanyahu

President Joe Biden now says that Israel’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, is making a “mistake” in his handling of the war in Gaza. And in an opinion poll released this week, Israelis are tending to agree. More than 70% of respondents said Netanyahu should either resign now, or as soon as the war in Gaza comes to an end. The World’s Matthew Bell is in Jerusalem and he’s been speaking with Israelis about how they’re thinking of postwar future.
